The beauty of this recipe is, it’s a great winter warmer and also keeps you feeling full while still sustaining your energy throughout the morning.
If you are short on time in the morning you can always pre soak your oats overnight in the fridge and just place them in the microwave for a minute in the morning before garnishing.
This is definitely one of my favourite recipes from my website www.laurenhannaford.com.au and is also a real hit with my FHIT members (not only in Winter but all year round).

Note: Add 1/4 Banana to garnish if you wish.
