What do I need to do?
What do I need to know?
Some helpful guides are available to help if you need to change events or change your start wave.
An administration and processing fee of $5.33 will apply for changes.
Changes can be made to your wave start in the event you’ve already registered.
If you have a team of 20 or more people, you can collect all race numbers at once. Please email NAB RunWest to organise the bulk race number collection prior to October 16.
If the team doesn’t organise bulk race number collection, your race numbers will not be collated and each team member will need to collect individually. Your team must have 20+ members prior to contacting us by October 16. For any new changes made to the team after this date, entries will not be pre-packed and must be collected by the individual at Race Packet Pick up.
Some teams may be eligible to participate in the Community Group Challenge for the chance to win part of a $6,000 prize pool!

The NAB RunWest 12km will start in waves and these are seeded based on expected finishing times. Upon registration, please ensure you select the wave most appropriate to you. Your time will not be affected as the time will be recorded as you cross the start line and finish line. Selecting the correct wave ensures everyone has the best possible experience and will assist you in gaining the best end result.
All waves for the 12km race will start from 7:00 am and close at 7:20 am. Each wave will start at separate times, outlined in the table below, in order to spread participants out and enhance runner experience. Event organisers reserve the right to disqualify any runner who does not cross the start line before 7:20 am so please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to spare.
Your bib number will be automatically allocated to you. Once allocated you will receive an email from event organisors with your bib number and allocated Wave. You will need to bring this with you to the NAB RunWest Race Packet Pick Up to pick up your race bib.
To ensure your event day experience is as smooth as possible we strongly encourage all participants to utilise public transport.
However, if you’re planning on driving to and from the event, 12km start parking is available at the following location:
Sydney Motorsport Park: parking is available at Gate D access via Wallgrove Rd, Chandos Rd and Ferrers Rd
A shuttle bus will operate after the race from West HQ (Finish Line) back to Sydney Motorsport Park to return you to your vehicle.
If you decide to drive please allow additional time to park and walk to the start line.
For participants in the NAB RunWest 12km event starting at Sydney Motorsport Park, enter from Gate D access via Wallgrove Rd, Chandos Rd and Ferrers Rd. Please note there will be no access after 6:15am from the north end of Sydney Motorsport Park due to event road closures.
