It’s quick, easy, delicious and filling. Anytime is a good time to throw this together.

If you are in a rush in the morning then whizz this up for breakfast (it’s so important not to skip breakfast)

In the afternoon as a 3pm pick me up (your 3:30-itis will be cured for the day)

Before your training session for fuel OR after your training session to refuel.

250mls of the almighty coconut water
1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
2 Teaspoons of natural peanut butter
1 Banana
5 Ice cubes

A bit of a whizz bang in the blender and there you have it, your delicious, nutritious ’Banananut Protein Power’ smoothie.
